Polly is a 1st dan black belt in Kyuki-do. She is the instructor for Little Tigers, Youth, and Adult Kyuki-do at the gym and in Smithfield. She also teaches a women's self defense class off site. She is Safe Sport certified and is Certified Associate Coach in USA Taekwondo.

Mr. Allman has worked teaching Martial Arts since 1997 where he opened his first school in Lehi, Utah. It is still operating and being run by one of his students Mr. Danny Huntsman. He has operated schools in Cache Valley since 2008. He has vast experience in teaching kids and adults the concepts and principles of Martial Arts focusing on the arts of Kyukido, Taekwondo and Judo. Mr. Allman has received many awards from the American Kyuki-do Federation throughout his history such as Instructor of the Year, Best Tournament Fighter, Best Ring Judge of the Year and several contribution awards to the federation.

Shortly after moving to Utah for his graduate studies, Jon began studying under Mark Allman. After winning the Black Belt Division at the State Championship in 2013, he tested to Black Belt before the promotion board of Utah Judo Inc. He finished 7th at Nationals in the Elite Division in 2014.

Cody Udy No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu Striking and MMA. Cody has extensive background in MMA, and has also been given a black belt by Walt Bayless. It all started after wrestling for 3 years in high school he took his first fight in 2006, winning by submission. He then went to West Side Jiu Jitsu in Ogden and begin training with Corey Terkelson who he still trains with. While training with him he also has trained a lot with Justin Ellison and Ben Call.

In addition to MMA he also has competed in several Jiu Jitsu tournaments, winning his first Intermediate level No-Gi tournament in 2007. In 2009 he won his first advanced nogi tournament. In that time he began training under Walt Bayless. In 2015 he won the Clash Fighting Championship 170 lb title. Cody is excited to share his knowledge and help the gym grow.

In 1993 Manny Zizumbo began competing in amateur boxing in Kaneohe, Hawaii serving as a Recon Marine in the United States Marine Corps. After an honorable discharge in 1994, Manny continued boxing under his close friend and coach Leroy Depew. Together, Leroy and Manny secured multiple Golden Glove, ABF, and Regional championships. After an injured hand seized Manny's dreams of winning the light middle weight National and 2000 Olympic championships, he hung up his gloves gloves and pursued a career in helping troubled teens.

For over 20 years, Manny has helped countless teens overcome their challenges utilizing the art, science, and discipline of boxing. Today, Manny is a licensed clinical social worker, employed as the clinical director of an outpatient subtance addiction program, here in Cache County, helping addicts and their families fight addiction, while maintaining his love for boxing as a coach for the Rocky Mountain Boxing Club at Cache valley martial arts.

We are honored to announce that Koffi “The Lion King” Adzitso will be joining our team of amazing athletes and coaches. Koffi is a world class athlete and a legend on the MMA, grappling scene. Born in Togo Africa, Koffi came to the United States with his family at the age of 12. He joined his high school wrestling team in his senior year, where he placed 2nd in state. After high school Koffi thought his wrestling career was over, so he started training in mixed martial arts.

To this date Koffi has gone against some of the biggest names in the sport. Knocking out UFC veterans Kevin Burns and Brandon Melendez just to name a few. Koffi has competed in Bellator MMA, King of the Cage Gladiator Challenge and more. As of late Koffi has been focusing on his grappling career. He made the 2017 TEAM USA, traveling to Azerbaijan where he placed 4th in the world!

Kate is the intro to kickboxing instructor. She began training seven years ago and has had the opportunity to train under instructors like Willie Laureano and John Marsh. When Kate's not coaching and training at the gym she spends her time with her daughter kaje.

Jon began studying Tae Kwon Do and Judo under Grandmaster Ibraham Ahmed in 1988. Switching to wrestling, he earned All State, Honorable Mention in 2000. In his Freshman year of college, he began to study Brazillian Juijitsu. Jon entered his first BJJ tournament in December of 2000, biting off more than he could chew by jumping right to Blue Belt. He competed in Free Style wrestling and found time to coach middle and high school teams during this period. In the spring of 2005, Jon returned to Judo by studying at the Southside Dojo in Kalamazoo which was home to several active national champions at that time.

Jon was awarded his 3rd-degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do in the spring of 2016 and was elected to the Board of Utah Judo Inc. Jon currently competes at the Black Belt level in Judo and TKD, and intermittently in BJJ at the Purple Belt level.

Shane Swartz started boxing at the age of four and competing by five. He accumulated over 300 matches, numerous state and regional gold medals and six national titles. His success at the national level allowed him to travel the world competing against other countries in dual matches.

Shortly after his amateur career, Shane turned professional and compiled an 18-6 record. In 2006 he competed on ESPN’s Friday Night fights against Dale Brown from Canada, who was ranked #2 in the world at the time. Shane beat Brown catapulting him into the professional rankings. Being ranked 14th in the world rankings, took him overseas to challenge the world’s best and came up short on two occasions. After back-to-back losses and 27 years of competing in the "squared circle", Shane decided to hang up his gloves.

Shane's passion and love for the sport prevented him from staying out the gym, so he started his own boxing gym. He is now coaching friends and an occasional athlete. Shane loves coaching and sharing his passion for the sport with others and is pumped to be part of the team!
